Earl’s New Home

By: Kasey

Earl, the polar bear, was tired of looking at nothing but snow and ice. There was snow as far as he could see.“ I’m tired of this snow,” Earl told his mother. “I’m going to go where I can see something different.” “But you are a polar bear,” said his mother. It didn’t matter to Earl. He packed up his things and left.

He walked for what felt like a long time until he accidentally bumped into something. He looked down and said,” Please except my apologies.” It was a cute little rabbit. Unfortunately for Earl though, he wasn’t very friendly . He said,” Can’t you see when someone’s trying to sleep!” Then he said,” Where are you going anyway?” Earl said,” Somewhere where there isn’t any snow!” The rabbit said,”My name is Jarrod. Do you mind if I tag along?” Earl said,” Of course not. It would be great! Lets go.”

So off they went. They walked for hours until they came across what looked like a hill with bumps to Earl. It was the subway. They got on the subway all the way to Wyoming. Then they got off and went up the hill with bumps.

Next, they started walking. It didn’t take them very long until they got to a very private place with really good cell service. So Earl called his mom. She was really mad, so he hung up on her. Then they decided to go find a spot to live. Next, they went fishing, got a life supply of food and found a spot to stay. They lived there forever happily and never saw snow again!
